Listening Behavior Assessment

Developed by Dr. Rick as an integral part of his coaching and workshops, the Listening Behavior Assessment gives a 360 degree view of how others believe you listen.

This web-based tool is designed to assess how you perceive your own listening behaviors and also how others perceive how you listen to them.

The first section of your 15 page, individualized and comprehensive report will present information on your scores on each of the six listening principles.

Observers of your choosing will each rate your listening behaviors through an online series of statements. The second section of the report will present the comparison between your scores and theirs.

The third section of your report contains open-ended feedback from your observers.
